John L. Price, President and Founder, CPA, CPC

John is President and Founder of Omega Pensions, Inc. A graduate of Gannon University, he is recognized as a specialist in qualified plan design; 401(k) plans and plan investments. He has experience as a CFO of a division of a N.Y. Stock Exchange listed company, and 10 years of experience with a noted Northeast Ohio employee benefits firm prior to founding Omega Pensions on October 1, 1985.

John has a Certified Pension Consultant professional designation through the American Society of Pension Actuaries and gained his CPA experience with a Big Five accounting firm in Cleveland.

William McNamara, Vice President, QPA

Bill joined John Price at Omega Pensions, Inc. in February of 1990 and has been instrumental to the growth of the company. Bill has worked as an accountant within the employee benefits area of one of the 15th largest trust units in the country. He received his BA in Finance from Cleveland State and his Qualified Plan Administrator designation from the American Society of Pension Actuaries

He is responsible for all aspects of the company's operations and is considered an expert in the field of plan design, product design, and employee communications.

Chuck Hunziker, Client Manager

Chuck has been with Omega Pensions, Inc. since February, 1994. He is a graduate of Cleveland State University earning a degree in Management & Labor relations with an emphasis in Finance. His experience includes work in the human resources department of the largest textile company in the United States where he was responsible for administrating the defined benefit plan for several thousand employees.

He is currently Manager of Client Services where he oversees our plan administration staff. Chuck is responsible for ensuring that our clients receive quality administrative and technical support in the maintenance of their retirement plans.
